In this role, DiCecca is charged with exciting and engaging Amway’s three million-plus global distributors around the ARTISTRY brand’s trend-driven color collections, while raising consumer awareness for its broad range of beautifully wearable shades and modern finishes.
“Rick brings extraordinary technical training with a global sensibility and a genuine passion for the craft to his work as a makeup artist, said Maud Pansing, vice president–global beauty. “He’s spent the bulk of his career working with some the world’s most recognized beauties, and is a firm believer in the power of makeup to transform. As creative and technical consultant assisting the global cosmetics marketing team led by Elaine Sheng, DiCecca’s responsibilities will include product development, training and education, and promotional activities; participating in advertising campaigns and collateral shoots; attending corporate and distributor events and press launches; as well as social media engagement.
